Dear David Farmer, Curtis Ching, Steven Guttman, Judith Neustadter Fuqua, Attorney General Michael Mukasey, Judge Robert Faris, Judge Barry Kurren, Judge David Ezra, Judge Kevin Chang, Hawaii Attorney General Mark Bennett, and All Concerned:
In 1988 I wrote a short, heart-felt poem entitled, "THE LONELY SAILOR". This was before I was hired by Kamehameha Schools/Bishop Estate, and years before your current lawsuit against me. The poem was published on my website long before the current lawsuit was filed.
A simple question to all of you is: "What law gave you the right to CENSOR this poem by closing down my website www.the-catbird-seat.net and fining me half-a-million dollars for exercising my First Amendment rights?"
And, "Does this poem contain any 'PROTECTED SUBJECT MATTER'?"
Please JUDGE for yourselves and answer these two simple questions as soon as possible.
