If you find such "PSM" in these pages, please advise me immediately.

Mr. Farmer, in order to attempt to put an end to this SLAPP LAWSUIT and PRIOR RESTRAINT of FREE SPEECH, I again propose that WE make a GOOD-FAITH EFFORT to NEGOTIATE a FAIR and FINAL, GLOBAL SETTLEMENT to this case and all related claims against various parties -- including you, your insurance carrier(s) and your attorney, Stephen Guttman.

And, again, Mr. Farmer, WHEN can I expect an ANSWER to ANY of my letters regarding this Case No. CV05-00030?
