Dear Mr. Farmer, Mr. Guttman, Mr. Hurd, Mr. Hunter, Ms. Nicholson, Attorney General Mukasey, Judge Robert Faris and Judge David Ezra:

Due to the discovery of new facts, I am updating the witness information for former University of Hawaii football coach, JUNE JONES. As you will see, these NEW FACTS clearly prove that both David Farmer and Steven Guttman have lied under oath and under penalty of perjury when they have denied that they have any conflicts of interest in this case. You will find my letter dated May 29, 2008, and the witness description for June Jones, attached and online at:

Due to this new evidence of FALSE TESTIMONY and OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE by Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman, I believe that both Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman should be immediately disqualified by the Courts from any future involvement in this case, and that Judges Robert Faris and David Ezra lift their ban on my making any further Motions.

As an alternative to the above request, and in order to try to put an end to this on-going matter, I again propose that all parties make a GOOD-FAITH EFFORT to NEGOTIATE a FAIR and FINAL GLOBAL SETTLEMENT to this case and all related insurance claims against various parties.

Or, if NEGOTIATION is out of the question for some unexplained reason, then would you be willing to consider MEDIATION as an alternative means of dispute resolution (which I had originally requested in lieu of ARBITRATION) in order to attempt to bring this matter to a FAIR and FINAL CLOSE?
