Dear Mr. Farmer, Mr. Guttman, Attorney General Mukasey, Ms. Muranaka, Insurance Commissioner J.P. Schmidt, Judge Kevin Chang, Judge Barry Kurren, Judge Robert Faris, Judge David Ezra, Lawrence Reifurth and Jo Ann Uchida:

Due to the discovery of new evidence, I am AGAIN updating the subject Exhibit, and the witness information for Sen. John McCain, Sen. Hillary Clinton, Sen Barack Obama, and U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates. You will find my letter dated June 9, 2008, attached attached and online at:

As the ever-mounting evidence clearly shows, there has been a BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF IMPLIED COVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING, FRAUD, TAX EVASION, FALSE TESTIMONY, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, RACKETEERING, and other WRONGFUL ACTS committed by Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman. Therefore, I ask that both Mr. Farmer and Mr. Guttman immediately disqualify themselves, or be disqualified by the Courts, from any future involvement in this case, and that Judges Robert Faris and David Ezra lift their bans on my making any further Motions.

As an alternative to the above request, and in order to try to put an end to this on-going matter, I again propose that all parties make a GOOD-FAITH EFFORT to NEGOTIATE a FAIR and FINAL GLOBAL SETTLEMENT to this case and all related insurance claims against various parties.

Or, if NEGOTIATION is out of the question for some unexplained reason, then I ask that you consider MEDIATION as an alternative means of dispute resolution (which I had originally requested in lieu of ARBITRATION) in order to attempt to bring this matter to a FAIR and FINAL CLOSE.
