Hawaii Legislature members are trying to curtail the powers of the Hawaii State Executive Branch prior to the 2010 Elections for the Governor of Hawaii to retain control of the Hawaiian Islands for "the longest, continuous, running political machine in U.S. history {David Broder}.

The 1978 Hawaii Constitutional Convention, which created the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, is once again, using the State Legislature powers to keep this dominate political, economic, & "socialized" control of Hawaii for their "inside" regulated Hui investors.
