Hey CB....ck out Jim Mederios from the Big Island. He's the same character that managed to stop the giant Hokulia Development from progressing since Sept of 1993.

Although the Judge ruled later that the Hokulia Development can proceed, the project remains dormant due to another "obstacle" thrown up regarding the completion of the Hawaii County road, paid for by the Developer to help connect Kona's by-pass traffic road to Kealakekua to help relieve traffic congestion in Kona.

A small private sector property of a few acres is stopping the project from going forward, that involved Mederios scams against the Developer and Community Infrastructure development led by the Hawaii Burial Council vested powers. If Bishop or Queen Liliokalani projects are involved, the bulldozing and grubbing continue without any cost delays!

This allows separate Government powers allocated to the local investors and developers, being paid to a local activist whose father, Clarence Mederios, was involved with their own special DLNR pakalolo operations in South Kona on Public lands, complete with bulldozing private roads with exclusive cabins which were called "hunting" cabins or research stations.

This is the Privatized anti-trust monopolies which the Akaka Bill will enforce in the future.....anything goes if you are part Hawaiian?

They can stop, bankrupt, or slow down any project in Hawaii for vested self-interests.....after a person invest authorized approval from County or State officials...then contest it down the road after committing initial investments required by the Government Officials....the ultimate HUIS....IF YOU ARE LINKED TO ANY HAWAIIAN PERSON, like a third world country such as Mexico.
