Dear Dave,
Thank you for the post. Sliver Lake cabin has access to five remote lakes in that area. We use 14 1/2 foot deeap v aluminum boats. Most operators do unless they fish very large lakes like Lake of the Woods. Some use them on very large river systems as well. These are all we have ever fished out of, going on thirty years. I recomend that you fish two adults and no more than three to a boat. We have never had an accident yet. Nora Lake is our largest lake and it is close to 5,000 acres. The Sliver Lake cabin area has much smaller lakes that we access, these lakes are kept available only for the people staying at Sliver cabin. Deerhide is a lake that was opened to the public just last January, we are the only people with a boat cache on that lake. The northern and lake trout fishing is great. We offer two excellent walleye lakes as well. We have many other lakes just for your enjoyment. Drop me an email and let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Wanda
