and he likes us so much hes treating us to daytrips.
first we are going to London Zoo to record elephants mating for Martins, then to Dubliners drunk tanks to sing a song of sixpence.then to a Beefeater.

There are no elephants in London Zoo any more.

They killed the keeper.

Whipsnade's very nice this time of year though.

Yeah, and no rhinos, no gorillas, no male lions (adult) and when I was there the hippo was being washed. What a gip.

The hippo's only tiny. It's a bit rubbish.

Have they got rid of the gorillas then?

London is a large and important city. why is the zoo so rubbish? surely it should have a better zoo.

I have mixed feelings about zoos though.
I love seeing animals I wouldn't get a chance to see otherwise bt I feel a bit guilty that they's imprisoned like that. Oh well.

i feel the same way Zac... I think if u really wanna see animals like elephants then go to india or something...I did and they were great.

Well, you might find that going to london zoo costs about the same as a trip to india. i was trying to plan a lovely twee day trip to this nice place, when i saw that it costs about a kajillion pounds to get in. (luckily, I am blessed with a blue peter badge, which lets me in for free, because when i was a young 'un i was a runner up in a blue peter competition. how quaint.)

Go to Longleat, it's the safari park where animals roam freely...in slightly bigger enclosures :) But monkeys ate our car aerial there, evil little minions of antichrist.

I'm half thinking of volunteering in London Zoo in the summer, but it's really just them getting work for free..so maybe not.
