ok, sorry for the 'not needs related' plug guys but i figured you wouldnt mind for your favourite norwegians! (and mat). this is probably a long shot as i expect most people on here live in london, but here goes ......

*** Medway music charity MM2K are proud to announce the first in a series of monthly gigs aimed at giving younger bands the opportunity to perform at top local venues alongside more established local, and even national, bands.

The first event takes place on Wednesday 23rd February at the Tap’n’Tin in Chatham and will see performances from Cherubs, Rosemary and Serrated Love.

Headliners Cherubs have started their year in spectacular style by securing a slot at the recent Xfm Exposure Event in London and are hotly tipped to be one of the bands to watch in 2005. With their second single ‘Club Hoola Hoops Walls’ due out on the 21st February, a debut album in April and a nationwide tour supporting media favourites The Others, this could be the last chance to see them on the local circuit.

Doors open at 8pm and entry is £3, with all proceeds going to MM2K. We need as many people as possible, so please come along if you can - floors, sofas and baths are available for sleeping on/in if required!!
