RAR Phil and I hereby launch the
Fangirl Furniture Fund

That's right girls (and boys - I know there are a few)
Poor ol' Special Needs are about to move into an unfurnished 'pad' in 'the Heath' and they have a Special Need for furniture.

You can help!

They may be able to afford a pint or two at ye olde bricklayers, or the occasioanal cab 3 miles down the road despite perfectly functioning nightbuses, but like modern day tiny tims they're christmasses will be ruined without all the joy of seeing sturdy mahogany lying against their plush new carpets.

It's the classic winter tale kids!

All you need to do is bring a piece of furniture each to the next 'Needs gig you attend.

Perhaps an oak armoire might do, or a full-length antique mirror (for Phil to preen, and Andrew to admire full foxhunting regalia), maybe a grand piano (with the legs covered of course. What would our dear Queen Vic think?) or a cast-iron fire poker.

Please do not give them cash.

They'll only spend it on hashish, items from the boogaloo catalogue such as jigsaw puzzles depicting steam trains and civil war scarves.

I've been to that shop.
Its pretentious and the staff are awfully rude and talk shit all day
Isn't it perpetually having a closing down sale.
The till doesn't work, it leaks money and secrets onto the floorboards.
One member of staff has to work till midnight on Christmas Eve. It is thought that somebody may want a last minute collander for father's study. His girlfriend will be sleeping with his best friend as he rings for staplers; his friend is the same as him but has more testoterone in his castle.
