My name is Tami. My partner Lisa and I have been talking about taking the next step and having a child together. I am 31 and work as a Physicians Scribe, Lisa (37) is a currier for a local hospital. We have been together for 3 years and have know one another for 8. We have our own together and we really want to have a family here.

A few questions for you:
If you choose to help us now, would you be willing to help us later for a second child in the future? (We would like to have two children, but we want them to have the same genes.)

Could you send us some baby pictures and current pictures of you?

Are you willing to help a lesbian couple?

Are you willing to give up parental rights? (We don't want to have legal troubles down the road with custody.)

If asked down the road by our child would you be willing to meet them? (We do not want to hide anything from our children. If they ask we will tell them. But, we need to know what would be good for you.)

Could you send us your blood work results that indicate your STD free?
