Hello from Canada. A very wonderful friend of mine has volunteered to be a sperm donor. I of course want a legal contract making it clear he has no legal rights to the resulting child, but I would like to write it in a way that is also respectful and thankful for his gift. The contracts on line here seem to focus on payment and get lost. This will not be the case with this friend as he probably will be involved to some extent, but I want it to be clear on the legalities. So does anyone have sample contracts along these lines, or links to somewhere with them??
Any ideas much appreciated.
