pls read this no matter who u r. i am a 29yo female who was attempting to find a sperm donor for insemination and i met jeffery. he instantly began being pushy stating he wanted me to have a pregnancy and hopefully have twins ( giving up all right of 1 twin to him) or to have 2 pregnancies and giving him full rights to the second child. i began checking into jefferies' background and found out that his home has been raided for child pornography. he even went into a law forum to see if he could get his pornography back. this man is deeply disturbed. there are thousands of women he has contacted this way and he will continue to do so until he is stopped. during my search i found that you can go to the search engine google and type in the name jeffery winkler. you would be shocked at what you find. there is a website called rachelle warning where somone has gathered info on him. there are also several law enforcement agencies u can contact about jeffery posted there. i contacted a district attorney - mr. hart- who told me NOT to respond to any emails from jeffery and to send him all of the emails i received from him- which i did. anytime someone speaks out against jeffery, he states that person is a child molester or pornographer and at times he states that the person who spoke out against him are killers. he does this to ANYONE who tells the truth about him. jefferyyyyyyyyyyy when u read this, go ahead and tell lies to ppl about me ( even tho i am sure u dont remember me) as long as i am helping other ppl from being caught off gaurd by you and hopefully keeping all our children safe by doing this i will continue to do it. there are hundreds of women who continue to find out where you are posting in order to get ppl to give you a child jeffery. you are a sick human being. he has also acted like a woman named rachelle and posted messages trying to get child porn on other forums. please be aware. protect yourselves and most of all protect our children let everyone u know know about this man. God bless you all in your attempts at conceiving.
