嘻~ 好開心呀﹗ 頭先下晝忽然好想食蒸蛋糕。
我本來自己有張食譜o架﹗搵唔返﹐但係頭先比我晌網度搵到呀﹗呵~呵~~呵~~~~呵~~~~~呵~~~~

我好鐘意食哩隻清蒸蛋糕o架﹗好好味o架﹗唔會好似D西式蛋糕咁乾口﹐又好鬆軟咁﹐大家有機會真
係自己整o黎試o下丫﹗好簡單o架咋個做法﹗


材料﹕ 麵粉-50克﹐ 糖-50克﹐ 雞蛋-兩隻﹐ 雲呢拿香油-1/4茶匙

做法﹕
1) 預備蒸籠一個﹐ 四隻耐熱杯-杯內掃上生油。
2) 將蛋﹐糖攪打﹐直至濃稠﹐呈奶白色。(應該會見到好似起哂泡咁﹗)
3) 用篩(基)把麵粉篩進蛋漿內﹐將之拌勻。
(最好用一隻飲湯o既table spoon﹐晌蛋漿中間落手﹐慢慢向外半圓形咁攪。最好唔好咁快﹐如果起勢係咁攪o既話﹐蛋漿中o既空氣就好易無哂﹐咁D蛋糕就唔夠鬆軟。)
4) 加入雲呢拿香油
5) 把材料倒入耐熱杯中(如果鐘意﹐可以在小杯底放車厘子或提子乾﹐再倒入材料)。
6) 蓋上牛油紙﹐ 蒸十五至二十分鐘﹗
