what about hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, and wild fires?

disasters happen all the time and they are dealt with exactly like the iowa floods are

katrina was a fucking mess that stands out against every other disaster in US history ...

you could compare any natural disaster to katrina and it will seem skewed.
