There will be a State Royalty Winner for each State per age group

The highest scoring photo from all 3 photo contest will be our FRONT COVER Winner for our program book to be given out at Lil' Butterfly Dream National, the next 2 highest scoring photos from all three photo contest will be the BACK COVER Winners. The contestant selling the most Ad pages will be our centerfold Winner.
