The problem with make-up today is a symptom of the lack of a culture amongst [young?] Westerners today. As a result, make-up is not an art but a tool employed as a blunt stick by foolish girls. Good make-up comes in two categories: that which you can't observe, and that which is art. Obviously the first case won't make you ugly. And I don't care how big of a feminist you are, you've got to admit that this is cute as heck.
