Well its good to see it, in the form of guys with mohawks and the all the other cosmetic trappings etc , sort of a nostalgia trip, I do remember it and remember the punks even though I was probably about 8-10 years old, and some of the older boys where full on enough as I remember it. Its only the last 10-15 Years that I have really come to appreciate the music and thought that goes with it.

Sure wish there would be a big something happen soon, as music seems as stale as hell these days, its all a really direct rehashing, you never have to look to hard to see influences etc... The pop charts needs destroying, but then perhaps it always has been the case :)

Funny how you say punk is like a religion, surely not, religion controls thought and actions at some point and I thought it was always more to do with having complete free will and expression. I know some old punks that still have the punk attitude but look nothing like a "regular punk"..

I sometimes worry that for all the best good will and intentions of youth these days that there living something completey manufactured, used to be styles and influence came from the streets to the major music companies, it seems to have reveresed polarity and now the music companys say what is "cool" and what is'nt... when something becomes acceptibel en'mass then its time to re-evaluate and formulate something new..

yeah, not having a go at any group of individuals or anything, just like to have these little debates and get people thinking..

Love - Peace & Fighting.. xxx
