Outside the Tower:
Sydney went to knock on the door, but instead, his hand went through it and the rest of him got sucked into the portal as well.

In the Dining room:
Just as Telmar was going to shake the green-clad boy's hand, the portal shimmered and spat out a blond haired man, who fell on top of the boy, and knocked Telmar to the ground. "Ooof!" Telmar slowly got to his feet. "I must see why that portal is being so violent!" He snapped his fingers and disappeared, transporting himself outside the tower to inspect the portal.
