Rhaberdie nearly readies himself to charge down the stairs to the safety of his room but quickly turns back and walks closer to the ghost, curiously drawn in by her song. He takes a seat on the stairs next to her, his brain scared beyond recognition, but his heart listening to her soothing voice.
