Krin was about to answer Sydney's questionn when Lentil made her interesting entrance, and immediate exit. Then Felix and Rhamberdie asked their questions. "Well, to answer Sydney first, yes Quebec is quite far from here. Across the Atlantic Ocean to be precice." He opened one of the bags of holding on his belt, and pulled out a world map. He layed it on the table and showed it to the rest of the people in the room. "This," he said pointing to the map, "is where we are. And over here, is Quebec. As soon as everyone is up and ready, I will open a portal to a port where the ship Glacier is waiting to bring you there. I would just make a portal there, but magic is so unstable right now that it would be completely unrelyable. Once there you will have to find the exact location of the crystal." He opened another one of the bags on his belt and produced a pendant. It was about five inches in diameter, made of entwined silver, gold and bronze. Around the edge were four rubies set at equal intervals, and four smaller emeralds were set between the rubies.
"This is a device Telmar and I made that will track the crystals. The gems will flash in the direction of the nearest crystal shard, allowing you to pin point it's location. Now, one other thing to think about is if you want someone to be incharge of the group, and if so who? I will let you decide this amongst yourselfs, in the mean time you should have some breakfast. Thea!" At his call, the chef from last night came out of the kitchen again, trays of food floating behind her. She returned to the kitchen after laying the trays on the table. "Please, help yourselves." He paused for a second then turned to Rhamberdie with a puzzled look on his face, "What do you mean strange things happening here?"
