No I dont think it is, Not very many of the berets have been issued, we were able to get rid of 5 out of 7 contracts. With the current situatuation, the rest of the berets may take years and then we will be rid of our current CSA, who clearly does not have the best interests of the soldiers at heart. Those that are wearing them issued not earned are not wearing them correctly and any future CSA will see that Shinseki has made a mockery out of our army. Many people have not given this up, it is just on the back burner due to our current situation where all support must be focused on our troops. Earned not Issued will always be remembered, Shinseki tried to dishonor our elite soldiers and all he did was make a fool of himself since our Rangers have once again lead the way into battle and proved themselves despite of what our CSA has tried to do.
