I went to the New Designers exhibition at the Business design centre in london last July. tere i saw an organisation that you join and offers registration of designs. Either go to the show next July or visit their website and get in touch with the orgaNISERS. tHERE WAS AN ACRONYM BUT i DON'T RECALL IT - SORRY>Hi! I am not a hat maker but would like to be. I
