Subject: Hard starting 1998 Accord 4 cyl

 I have a 1998 Accord 4 cyl. When it is cold it acts like it is not getting fuel or flooded. Once I get it started it runs fine and usually starts right away until it sits and is cold again. Fuel Filter? Other possible problem?
