Subject: TURTLE3-A new healthcare cost cutting solution, etc. for women-breast cancer.

Hi! As the title suggests, my latest solution is first and foremost for woman of age 18 & up who are concerned about their possibility of someday coming down with breast cancer and what to do something important about it right now. Keep in mind, this type cancer can strike at any adult age. First, I would like to ask the reader some important questions. Would you support the concept of having a one payer healthcare entity that solely deals with a women health issue, breast cancer? If you could afford it, would you buy a visual picture bond (what are they-read turtle 2) if all proceeds from the sale of the V.P.B. would go into setting up such a non-profit one payer healthcare entity? Let me elaborate more, the money raised through V.P.B. sales would go for the newest equipment to help detect breast cancer sooner, for more convenient places to take a mammogram test and perhaps even mobile ones that can come to say colleges, universities, and shopping malls? Would you be willing to pay perhaps as little as two hundred to say five hundred dollars (depending on income) a year, not monthly, for full coverage under this one payer breast cancer program I believe is possible? Lastly, would you be willing to pay as little as perhaps $100.00 to cover the cost of taking a mammogram test or thereabouts? In other words, right know I’m not sure what it might cost, but I assure the reader it will be very reasonable under the formula program, I have in mind. I will not go into detail, but I believe doing this one payer healthcare solution just for women will save America’s business entities, billions of dollars a year, (America’s taxpayers too) in healthcare cost, in a number of ways. So, what do you think, would you join such a non-profit entity that solely deals with one very important health issue for women, breast cancer? Perhaps, not sure yet and want to know more. Well read on and you will find out what I tried to do, to do just that for women in our country. Incidentally, my wife had breast cancer, another reason why I am pushing such a program that all American women can not afford not to belong to (peace of mind) for a cancer that can strike a woman, at any age, breast cancer.

Since I am a Republican for now, I thought I would first offer my new in-depth breast cancer funding solution, etc. to the political party I normally vote for. Thus, I called the following four Republican women Senators, Sen. Susan Collins, Sen. Elizabeth Dole, Sen. Olympia Snowe and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson requesting to speak to one of them to discuss the healthcare issue you just read about. You would logically think when you tell each of the Senators staff that you would like to discuss a brand new program that could exclusively help women on a particular healthcare issue, like breast cancer, you would expect to be at-least listened to, not so thus far. However, unlike millions of American women today who cannot afford healthcare, those four Senators healthcare is paid by we taxpayers, some of whom themselves cannot even afford their own healthcare plan, like my own daughter. My guess is, those four “REPUBLICAN” women Senators are just too busy these days meeting with lobbyists and special interest entities than taking time to listen to ordinary Americans who pay their salaries, like me as one example. It is no wonder that our elected officials in Washington favorable pole numbers have remained constantly low (15%) for some time with the American citizenry, because of what I just expressed or am I misinformed? As a matter of fact, by you reading this one paragraph it should tell you how unsympathetic, callous and hardhearted those four Senators are to even their own gender on the important health issue, breast cancer. As a man I am very perturbed at their insensitivity towards women and someone trying to help women. As a woman, if you are reading this, you should be absolutely furious at those four Republican “WOMEN” Senators for their lack of concern and indifference towards helping their own gender, on such an important healthcare issue as, breast cancer.

Of course, it is impossible for me to know what your opinion is on President Bush’s presidency, unless you tell me. Anyway, mine of him is not very favorable, right now. However, still trying to remain a loyal Republican I sent President Bush a fax offering him the first opportunity to introduce my newest solution agenda that would exclusively help women, at my church if I was able to arrange such an event. All he would have had to do is have one of his staff call me to find out what my in-depth breast cancer “one payer” program was all about, before he made any decision, one way or the other, to speak at my church. Again you would think, with his favorable pole numbers being so low for such a long time, that President Bush would jump at the opportunity to introduce such a new and workable program that could help raise his favorable pole number, especially amongst women voters this go round, unfortunately not this President. I guess he just doesn’t care about the plight of women who are dying each day from breast cancer because some could not afford healthcare that may have detected the breast cancer early enough to save a women’s life. Well, so much for President Bush being a compassionate conservative President. Enough said.

Just to be politically fair it is time to let the reader know about one specific Democrat I called asking for his support for my “one payer” breast cancer program. His name is Dennis Kucinich. He is a Congressman who I believe, is still running for President. Why him? Simply, one of his major platform issues he is promoting while running for president is an, “all inclusive one payer healthcare” agenda for our country. I called his Washington office offering to discuss my new single one payer healthcare issue with him for beast cancer. Thus far, at the posting of this letter I have not heard one word from Congressman Kucinich. I guess in his case, it was just a political ploy to get people to vote for him and not something he truly believed in, an all inclusive one payer healthcare system. Sometimes you need to start small to prove to people something will actually work by offering one good solution, like the one I am promoting exclusively for women who are more susceptible of coming down with breast cancer in their life, than men are. Oh! Well, just another professional Washington politician who speaks out of both sides of his mouth just to get elected to political office. Don’t we also call them political hypocrites or is it politics in America as usual?

Now that you read this far I will end this letter by asking the reader again, if you can support such a program can you help me get others to support it, as well? Presently, I am not asking for your financial help, which I could use, just your help in spreading my in-depth and new healthcare initiative for women around to your women friends / female relatives, etc. Plus, if you have some extra time (highly motivated type person) and the computer know-how can you put this article on regular internet message boards or your own support words that will encourage other women to open up this particular message board and learn about what I am trying to do for women, perhaps like you. Lastly, let’s not forget those I just wrote about, please let those elected government officials, etc. know in tactfully strong language, that if they do not start to support my breast cancer agenda you will do your best to get them out of office. That of course all depends, if you like my breast cancer TURTLE3-A new healthcare cost cutting solution, etc. for women-breast cancer funding, etc. solution yourself. Oh, by the way, why not ask Sen. Clinton about this solution, you know she is a woman.

Thank you for reading the reading about my way to help women in our country and for your help in getting it out to other women.

Sincerely,
Bob

P.S. My Turtle4 solution will be both humorous and yet serious all at the same time.
