Hi Clary:
At the beginning or ending of a school year a necessity study sheet is sent to you by the director, if I am not mistaken, then to use it wisely ask only for the over head project and the screen. Write at least five letters it could be the same one but from different dates. Send each one every week addressed to the director or the directors mail box in the school. It worked for me it might do the same to you. At the end of that school year I received my own overhead projector and screen for my room. As they say you have to bug.
