Subject: Stony's level this weekend

Is there a release this weekend on the Stony? I heard that repairs on a dam up stream are going to start and it will take 8 days to drain it. Bringing the level up to 4 feet on the online gauge. Is this true or not? We had plans on doing a road trip to Rouchester Ny until this.
