Please read the Three Rivers post for more in depth info. Unfortunately, handling a kayak manufacturer's warranty takes more time than expected. When a retailer is waiting for a response from the MFR, communication can be slowed down to the customer. The end result, Tyler D received a replacement "demo" kayak from us to replace his "demo", and is Happy again. Originally, Wave Sport moved to another MFG location which created some molding issues in early 2005. Since then they have worked to correct the problem. Forum bashing may get your point across, but try to speak to someone before hand. Usually, there is a positve end result. It just may take some time when it deals with a "demo" (no warranty included) vs. a retail boat that holds a warranty.
