Not sewage. That is discharge from the landfill. The water is supposed to be treated and is regulated and permitted by DEP....though not sure if it is tested. There are settling ponds and a treatment facility above the pipe.

The landfill has been a major sponsor in years past for the Stonycreek Rendezvous. They are also donating the boulders that will be used to create the in-stream Whitewater Park at the Rendezvous event site.
