Subject: Considering Johnstown

My wife and I are considering buying a house in the area, but we don't know where to start. We're both boaters and we've heard Johnstown is awesome. Are there any cool neighborhoods to focus on? Is there usually a play wave in? I've read some of the great info this site offers, but does anyone else have info to offer? Just life in Johnstown stuff?
