Subject: Friday Night Fun Series Up Coming Events - this Friday and 8/31

Upcoming Friday Night Fun Series events at ASCI:

The Yough Paddling Club invites your to join us for the final 2 events of the Firday Night Fun Series

This Friday 8/17 is the Immersion Research Giant Slalom.

A short and fun slalom race made up of 10 gates, that are spread out to make it fast and fun, will be held on Friday. Registration starts at 5:00, and we'll start racing at 7:00

August 31 - Riversport Series Final - 2 part Freestyle event

Th final event of the series will be held on Friday August 31 (Labor Day weekend). we will have a two part freestyle event starting with a freestyle thru the rapids and finishing with a hole ride event at Feature "C" the site of the first Friday Night Fun event in June.

Our sponsors have been invited to come and set up booths (IR, Riversport, Wavsport, stonyboater.com, and Starrkmoon Kayaks), the Yough Paddling Club is hosting its annual family pot luck picnic, and so it should be a great night to enjoy the views from Marsh Mountain and participate in some great whitewater fun.

Cost for each event is $10 per person, $8 for ASSCI season passholders, or $5 for Yough Paddling Club members.
