wow, if i didn't know better, i'd say you were my friend. she used to like a guy like that. he was very flirtatious and told her she was really pretty, but it turned out he was just a flirt by nature. My friend is very pretty, so he wanted to flirt with her, but didn't want a relationship. Basically, it depends on his personality type. If he's really outgoing, he probably just likes to flirt with you. (sorry) If he's kinda shy, my guess is that he really likes you, and just doesn't want you to know. Good Luck ;)
