 尋晚睇有線:曾先已說不會只是說一句粗口便犯法,並且說並沒迫切性立法.曾先這樣說只是想做點事為保障警務人員,參考他國相關法例
若改為有意將侮辱正在執勤的警務人員列作刑事罪行便沒有問題.
這也不代表警權過大,市民在法院時都不可侮辱法官,唔通這是法官官權過大?

同學所言不無道理...
但法官在法院內須有操守，有例可依，
若做出不當行徑會受罰；
而警察方面，我不清悉是否有行為操守的指引，
但前線警員亦不乏沒禮貌的人員，故擔心巿民會與此類警員爭拗而遭檢控。
正如同學引用警務處長的說法，不會說一句粗言便犯法，
這顯示出立法時必須有清悉的介定何謂在何等清況下才觸犯法例。
