張信剛亦引名句回贈

溫家寶特意解釋最後兩句的含意，說是「讓我們同胞們以杜鵑啼血之情，熱愛我們香港，熱愛祖國吧！以精填海之心去建設香港，去建設祖國吧！」他的說話引來全場鼓掌。
在同一場合，城市大學校長張信剛在提問時也談到詩，他展示最新出版的《九州學林》（城大與上海復旦大學合編的學術刊物），說上面引述同是清詩人龔自珍的名句：「我勸天公重抖擻，不拘一格降人才」建議加強中港人才交流，得到溫家寶的共鳴。

但龔自珍的全文是 :

九州生氣似風雷,萬馬齊暗究可哀.
我勸天公重抖擻，不拘一格降人才.

知道前兩句意思的人就知這詩是諷刺香港之哀!!!
