I understand how you feel, but to improve your English proficiency really takes a bit of time and effort. I advise you (or maybe your classmates) to visit the official website (www.hkedcity.net/english/tv) before the broadcasting to have a grasp of the content of the documentary. While you are viewing, try to jot down notes of what the people say and attempt the exercises on the official website to test your understanding.

I really hope you could learn something from watching the program and improve your grades in CE exam.
