but iwant to state some points

1. according to ur premise(懂考試的人不一定懂教書).
懂考試 is a necessary condition for 懂教書 .
therefore, if not 懂考試 , then necessarily not 懂教書.
in other word, a Teacher 懂教書 if he/she 懂考試....

2.i am deeply impressed by the article u have posted ....
i really dont like the education format and system in hk. That is why i havent and wont followed the "rules" in such a system .Such an system and format have been abandoned by the lots of european countries decades ago, except UK and some other few conservatives. Our biggest gift from God is our ability to think creatively and flexibly .we should waste it ! The revolution is going to be triggered by us , youngster who are eager to learn . WE ARE THE FUTURE !!!

How ? The Revolution should start from urself ...be braver , think and doubt about everything ,there is no authority ,the only thing that can convince u is the truth that YOU believe in after repeated logical analysises and/or tests against empirical facts.

To think and to apply are equally important !

我是讀bs,chist,econ的，班中沒多少個吧^^~

UM...我邏輯較差，很常犯這類錯誤>.<"
不過，我當初的意思是懷疑
這類一試定生死的考核方式能否真確測試老師的能力
所以才這樣說..
只是邏輯差，獻醜了^^"
