1.total debt does not necessarily related to strength
US has estimated thousand billion of US$ debts in the UN
but she is very strong(at least stronger than China)

>> once again a large amount of resources does not mean stronger. Look at Russia, they are so poor!

>> 4.91-0.91 = 4% (That's quite a lot)The % weight of HK is more than that of the places in China just because we are still better than them. But we have only 1-3% growth in economy, but China(not including HK) has 7-9% growht in economy!
