"五月二十日當天我們學校原定於灣仔新伊館舉行尚巴納誕生二百周年的慶祝活動，可惜因為天文台懸掛八號風球而取消；有趣的是，當天雖然我沒有機會坐在伊館內參與慶典，卻有幸坐在伊館室外之皇后大道中新華社門口參加抗議集會：當時，在八號風球的威力下，天空下著傾盤大雨，但坐下來參與集會的人為了不影響其他人的視線，全都沒有舉傘。雨水和淚水齊告崩潰的一幕，我想我今生也不會忘記..."
