以上果三隻都係單糖,佢地主要分別係佢地o既chemical structure,即係的atom點樣bond法,我諗會考level唔駛知的structure

我估:
會考只需知道單糖係soluble, sweet, are reducing sugar
同埋約略邊隻單糖夾邊隻單糖變做雙糖(三隻?)

梁sir 係呢個停課前我地Form 3講過下:

冇記錯就係唔同既單糖glucose, fructose and galactose係唔同既地方吸收。如Fructose係係生果到吸收到。

節錄於Form3 書::

In resiration, glucose is broken down to supply energy for body activities. Carbohydrates are usually converted to glucose before it reacts in turn to give its energy to another compound.

同另一個分別係...可以Form唔到既Disaccharides 掛~
