有時付出超越自己本份的為工作地方做事, 亦未必有合理回報, 所以我亦心淡了! 唉................
你可以會?我做事不應?較回報, 但我只希望能公平一點, 高層應將各人的工作界定清楚, 能令一些擁有高學歷的人發揮所長, 令低學歷的員工能做好他的本份好了. 不用那些低學歷的員工做了那些高學歷的員工的本份.
如有不明白上文, 不要?我點解, 我只想說出為何我做野為何有怨氣.
