Subject: What are you complaining about?

Dear boys,

Very upset to see so many complaints about the assignments during the class suspension period. I hope you understand the essence of giving you extra assignments. We hope that some learning is taking place during this critical period. Doing assignments is a kind of learning as well as revision or consolidation of things you have learned. Can you take the issue in a more positive way? Can you consider it as a measure to help you spend your time in a meaningful and constructive way, or even helping you kill your boredom?

Please don't complain! Nobody in HK is happy about the situation. Are you complaining about the attack of the atypical pneumonia virus? Are you complaining about the class suspension policy? Are you complaining about Dr. Arthur Li Kwok Cheung or Dr. Yang Wing Keung? Are you complaining about the frontline medical professionals not doing their job well? Who wants this extra "holiday"? I guess nobody wants to. Right?

Please be sensible in making comments and not so judgemental. We need the concerted effort of every party to struggle through this panic-striken period. Complaints don't help but only make you more unhappy.
