其實唔係令條腸酸d.....只係d 活性乳酸箘(lactobacilli)會occupy o左d 腸上面的一d receptor....呢d receptor 係某一d 其他有害的細菌(如Salmonella[沙門氏箘])attach 落去再引致人病o既.....
咁當你條腸度都無地方俾佢attack...咁d菌咪傷唔到你lor!~
