以前我做班主任時,我也不希望同學捐毫子,因為真的很難處理。
我的安排是建議真的有需要捐毫子的同學,先把毫子儲起,待儲夠一元時再捐一元硬幣。
是之謂各施各法。

不如安裝固定的錢箱在校門和食店部旁,旁邊寫清楚捐款的意義.
隨同學捐多少,這樣一方面減輕老師負擔,又可以節省上課時間;捐款數目或許會因此而減少,但至少不會讓一些同學產生一肚的怒氣.

我個人認為雖然捐款多少是出於自願的,但同學傳箱捐款時是總有群體壓力的(人人捐一個數目,自己捐太少總會覺得不好);類似的壓力老師也有吧.甲老師那班收集了多少多少,旁邊的乙老師總會有壓力...只是沒有說出來罷了.這其實只是人之常情,沒有好不好的.有能力的話為什麼不多捐?無能為力的就光明正大不捐吧.

收集箱往往成為了所謂的「罰錢箱」的確是事實;但班主任是否「無良」就值得商榷了.

個人感覺...公仔佬好像有點迴避問題
同學的字眼也太不客氣
