Alexander freezes, eyes softening from what was only moments ago rage, his hands slowly lowering to his side. He relaxes, stepping back, eyes now gone wide and shaking his head fiercely. "D-Deangelo....I," he breaks off, stepping back and away, swallowing the soft sob swelling in his throat and turning, pulling the teen to his feet, standing there a moment with his back to Deangelo. His shoulder quiver and jerk with the attempt to keep his crying silent, head dipped. "I didn't mean it...I was just..upset," he whispers, shaking his head and hastily wiping his tears, guiding Red down the stairs, leaving as Dean had said to do.
