She lifted her bright gaze to him, her eyes flickering over his curiously as she tried to gage from his look how they had taken it. Her fingers played absently in the fine hairs at the back of his head, gazing up at them "What did they say?" She couldn;t imagine telling her parents now that she had a baby that they hadn;t even known about... telling them when she was four months pregnant was hard enough, but at least then they'd gotten over it and were supportive by the time the baby arrived. She leant up on tip toes and nuzzled tenderly at his cheek before looking upto him again. -- Caitlins place

"They were pretty surprised..." He admitted without hesitation - that much was pretty easy to predict - then was quiet for a moment as he thought on what else to tell her. "My mom's mad that she has a little grandson and she's never even met him.." He commented with a bit of a smile and brushed back her hair absently again, then dipped his head to kiss her cheek softly. "And they want to meet you obviously. They're just a little upset that they don't even know you..." That was the truth - the important truth at least.
