Hi, does anyone remember an RAF guy his nickname was Rangoon , used to be in charge of the laundry, only time he was ever sober was when he went on leave to see his old mum , she never new he drank , he was a great guy .
Sad part was the plane crash , most of the guys on there were married , we heard that there CO was trying to get married guys home first.
Hi, I was on the Bombing Range "Hells Half Acre" 1963 - 1965. We had the cinema in the mess hall and I was a projectionist. We also had the bar called The Rangers Retreat. We had some good times. Camping at Bardia or Cyrenie.
