Subject: 201 Squadron St Mawgan 1960-63

I was stationed at 201 Squadron St. Mawgan from May 1960 to October 1963. 201 operated MR3 Shackletons, some of you may well have been on the same detachments as me JASS Ballykelly, weekend jollies to RAF North Front Gibraltar, RNAF Bodo Norway, RAF Kinloss, Atomic Alerts to Lorient France or RAF Valley and one trip to Maine on an exchange with the USN P2V7's.
