Looking forward to the march past, and I haven'nt been back for 44 years, I wonder if I can pick up the step again?

I'll be there too along with Tommy Feeley; did our basic training at Bridgnorth Sept-Dec 1954.

Hope you're not a 'Tick-tock'man always out of step;poor old Tommy always got stuck behind the one in our flight.

cheers

The parade went really well, the weather was fine. There were nine flights each of about fifty bods each led by an ex DI from the 50's.We had a march past into one of the hangars
where there were probably a hundred or so spectators torether with an Air Comodore who took the salute and then dished out some Canal Zone GSM's to about half a dozen lads
I met a couple of lads from the fifties who square bashed at Bridgnorth. As there were no Mauripur bods there I joined the Rockapes.

The whole parade was supervised by Cosford's W/O.I'm really glad I went.

cheers

Well done John (and others), glad to see it go off so well, I guess there were lots of walks down 'memory lane'.
