Subject: Vulcan accident 1965

Re Vulcan accident July 1965, aircraft hit ATC. This may refer to the incident that occurred at RAF Scampton, in which case aircraft did not run out of fuel. Pilot was carrying out standard practise asymetric landing but due to incorrect technical malfunction, aircraft spun off runway, gyrated across grass and finally clipped the tower. One broken ankle and large number of wrecked private cars.
