Baby Contest & Beauty Pageant
Saturday, February 7th at 6:00pm American Legion Building in Rogersville, TN
Registration from 4:45-5:45pm.

DEADLINE TO ENTER & AVOID LATE FEES: January 30, 2004

AGE DIVISIONS: 0-18mos., 19-35mos., 3yrs., 4-5yrs., 6-7yrs., 8-9yrs., 10-12yrs.
Compete in age you fall as of the day of the pageant or take advantage of our 60 day grace period.

GUIDELINES: contestants should appear on stage in either pageant attire or Sunday-best dress for the beauty competition. All contestants will be scored relative to age/ability with score sheets reading 1-40 Facial Beauty, 1-40 Poise and Personality and 1-20 Overall Appearance. For Valentine attire, score sheets will read 1-50 Poise and Personality and 1-50 Overall Appearance. Judges' Decisions are final and original score sheets will be handed out during award ceremonies.

"IT GIRL" SUPREME VALENTINE: one per age division, determined by highest combined score of beauty + Valentine attire + overall scores. Ties broken on Facial Beauty scores. Winners receive a gorgeous Valentine crown! Beautiful Valentine trophy! Custom banner! Box of Valentine Candy! and a special Valentine gift!
"IT GIRL" VALENTINE QUEEN: one per age division, determined by the highest Beauty competition score only. Winners receive a gorgeous Valentine crown! Beautifiul Valentine trophy! Custom banner! and Box of Valentine Candy!
PRINCESS: all other contestants from each age division will be alternates and receive the title of "princess", taking home a beautiful Valentine trophy and box of Valentine candy!
"IT GIRL" DIVISION COMPETITIONS: in each age division judges will select "Most Treasured Face", "Most Treasured Smile" and "Most Treasured Eyes" Winners receive nice awards.
VALENTINE TREASURE: contestants may choose to compete in this event and appear for a second time on stage in their Valentine attire. This may be anything reminding us of Valentine's Day, dress, pants, jumpsuit, etc.. in any color, not just red or pink. You may use props such as candyboxes or flowers. There will be one winner selected in each age division to receive a special crown.
OVERALL MOST TREASURED FACE - OVERALL FASHION TREASURE - OVERALL MOST TREASURED PERSONALITY: Judges will select one of each of these titles in ages 0-3yrs. and 4yrs.-older. for a total of two winners for each title. Scoring for overall competitions will be done during Beauty competition. Winners will receive extra-special awards!

HAWKINS COUNTY'S TREASURED VALENTINE: any contestant who wishes may compete for this title and awards. Winner will be chosen by popular vote. Votes will be $1.00 each. You may collect votes before the pageant and bring them with you and/or bring lots of family and friends to the pageant to vote for you. Results of this competition will not affect the judges' decisions for "on-stage" events. One winner will hold the title and receive a HUGE Crown! Beautiful trophy and custom banner!

VALENTINE "IT GIRL": you maywish to sell Treasure Tickets to help pay your entry fees or even earn extra awards. Tickets are sold for $2.00 each to family, friends, businesses, etc... 40 Tickets=entire pageant free!
65 Tickets=pageant free + 3ft. trophy, crown & banner! 90 Tickets=pageant free + 4ft. trophy, crown & banner!
130 Tickets= pageant free + 5ft. trophy, crown & banner! 160 Tickets=pageant free + 6ft. trophy, huge crown, banner & royal Valentine scepter! ALL MONEY FOR WISHES MUST BE RECEIVED BY DIRECTORS NO LATER THAN JANUARY 30, 2004, to insure that your awards arrive in time for the pageant.
